39th Annual Waterville Intown Arts Fest

Held on July 19, 2008, the 39th Annual Waterville Intown Arts Fest was a huge success. Nearly 80 artists lined Main Street in beautiful Downtown Waterville and thousands of dollars worth of prizes were awarded to the following artists from across the state and beyond.
